Avelmont is an online store operated by Avelmont Enterprise LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, registration number 2026-002080668. Representative: Eduardo Ferreira Baptista Pires. 2. Using the store
To place an order you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, or the required consent. Please enter accurate name, contact, billing and shipping details, keep your account details secure, and do not misuse the store or interfere with its operation.
3. Products and orders
Before placing your order, please review the product description, quantity, options, price, and shipping and return terms. Colors may look slightly different on different screens; this does not limit your right to receive an item that matches its description.
The automatic email you receive confirms that we received your order. We accept your order when we confirm it separately or when we ship it, unless applicable law says otherwise. If we cannot supply an item, for example because it is out of stock or its price was clearly displayed in error, we will contact you and refund what you paid for that item. We will never substitute a different item or charge a different amount without your consent.
4. Prices and payment
Prices in our Global store are shown and charged in the currency displayed for your country (US dollars for the United States). Before you pay, checkout shows the total including quantity, discounts, shipping and any taxes we collect. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
5. Shipping, returns and cancellations
Shipping methods and times follow our Shipping policy and the delivery information shown on each product page before purchase. Delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed. For returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds, see our Refund policy. Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and items must meet the conditions described there. Your legal rights for defective items or items that do not match their description are protected.
6. Personal information and communications
See our Privacy policy for how we handle personal information. We send the messages needed to manage, ship and support your order. Marketing emails follow applicable law and your choices, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
7. Content and liability
Text, images and designs on this site belong to their respective owners. Third-party websites are governed by their own terms. Any limitation of our liability applies only as far as the law allows and does not exclude rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without taking away any mandatory protections or rights to go to court that apply to you as a consumer where you live. Changes apply to future orders and do not adversely change the terms or legal rights attached to existing orders.
