Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return under our voluntary policy, the item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with its tags and original packaging. Please have your order number or proof of purchase ready.

Returns are sent to Brazil. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the actual return postage unless applicable law requires us to cover it. Please check the international postage cost with your carrier before sending the parcel. There is no fixed restocking fee. Keep your postage receipt; a tracked service is recommended.

Please do not return items to our US business or registered-agent address.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Photos can help us assess the issue, but the absence of a photo does not limit your statutory rights. Where the issue is our responsibility or the law requires it, we cover necessary return postage and arrange the appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy. You do not need optional shipping insurance to receive this help.

Refunds and cancellations

We will contact you after receiving and checking the return. Approved refunds under our voluntary return policy are normally submitted to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund. Any shorter deadline required by applicable law takes priority.

To request cancellation before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. After dispatch, the applicable return process applies. This policy does not limit your mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods, and does not reduce the conditions applying to orders already placed.
