Your order

Please check the product description, selected colour and size, quantity, price, delivery and return information before ordering. You must have the legal capacity or necessary consent to place an order and provide accurate contact, delivery and billing details. Keep any account details secure and do not misuse the service.

Colours may appear differently across screens; this does not limit your right to receive goods matching their description. An automated order-receipt email acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept the order when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, unless applicable law provides otherwise. If an item cannot be supplied because of unavailable stock or a material pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the unsupplied item. We will not substitute a product or charge a different amount without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Checkout displays the payment currency and the amount payable after eligible discounts, selected delivery and taxes collected by us. Available payment methods are shown in checkout. Payment is taken during checkout; your bank or provider determines when it appears on your account. Any fees charged independently by your card provider are governed by that provider's terms. Where import taxes or charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable on import as described in our shipping policy.

Delivery, returns and support

Delivery options and estimates depend on the product and destination. Estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated. Read the shipping policy and the product's delivery information. Our voluntary return period is 30 days from delivery, subject to the refund policy. Returns are sent to Brazil. Your mandatory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain protected.
